I am just wondering if anyone has fitted one of these themselves. How hard is it to do? Can it be done with a basic set of tools, are there any traps to be wary of etc. etc.

Remove the rear bumper using a spanner for the 4 bolts in the boot that hold it on. A screwdriver for the clips under each wheel arch. Pull the rear bumper off. Bolt up the tow bar and plug in the harness under the right tail light.Bolt up the bumper again and tow your ski boat to the river for a good thrashing!! When the neck is removed. When the neck is removed for my towbar the bumper cover plate inserts back into the bumper giving the no towbar smooth look.As a casual user of a towbar I take it off when not in use, and insert the cover. Unlike the people who leave them on as a parking aid, rear mini bullbar and shin breaker. Now there's a thought do those people also have their fog lights on all the time??
