I don't think it is simply a choice people make to wear clothes from the opposite sex but moreso a chemical imbalance similar to homosexuality. On that basis I have no ill feeling towards individuals who display themselves in this manner, providing they don't make approaches towards me a pub etc.

That being said it certainly isn't something that I would do myself

I wouldn't spend money on cosmetics until the car was as fast as I wanted it to be. Seeing as it's never going to be fast enough I guess I won't be spending too much on the cars looks.

I've had 2 "T's" so far and the only cosmetic mod I've made was when I smashed the front of the first one and had an XR8 bonnet put on at a slight premium over the standard bonnet. Part of the reason was I thought it might help with under bonnet temps. I've never bought wheels or any other accessory.

If I had the money I'd make the car look better but I like the sleeper look and would probably go for subtle mods that would help handling or performance. I think that if you're going to imitate other cars you'd need to have a real powerful car to avoid being laughed at.

I'd say that if you have a T that runs 11's or better do what ever you like and laugh at people in the rearview mirror as you're pulling away from them.

I agree you want a GT buy a GT not the kit if you have n xr6 turbo just make it look go the way it is

and if someone puts a GT or T kit on a stock 6cyl XT and gets severely flogged in a drag, then he is the one who looks like an all show no go showpony mofo..

it will just encourage the winners to drag the next GT or T they come across that will be a proper one and will embarrass them back..

Problem is when a XT with a T or GT bodykit gets ripped by a VB 253 they brag to there mates how they chopped a T and then someone will say sure it was'nt a tranny

BA front's on AU's, been done in Adelaide.  There is a black AU XR8 getting around with a BA XR8 front including the bonnet bulge.  Looks ok, but not something I would do.

I'm up for a new front thanks to my lovely wife. I have rang Ford asking the price of a XR bumper $1500. (NO THANKS) I looked at AWC and I can't seem to find XR front but just for around $600 I'm able to get a F6 front.

This is not by choice but a saving of around $1000 I'll take the F6. If anyone nows were I can get an XR front in black at the same price or less than the AWC F6 front in NSW must be brand new PM me. Cheers
