Anyone got any figures on NM improvement with edit??    That's just as important as KW - and when it kicks in and maxes.

How does 950NM at approx 3300rpm sound?? I know what it feels like !!! :spoton:

600NM at 2500rpm.......... remember, dyno at the wheels.

(Also, I have been told that NM are hard to measure on a dyno - but I dont know why; can anyone comment on that?)

I would have thought Torque = Torque no matter where it is measured.

Running or operating torque is determined by the following equation:

To = [ 5250 x HP ] / N

Where:

To = Operating or running Torque ( ft-lbs )

HP = Horsepower delivered by motor

N = Rotational velocity ( rpm, revolutions per minute )

5250 = Constant converting horsepower to ft-lbs/minute and work/revolution to torque

Use the peak horsepower to determine the maximum operating torque then convert to KW given that 1 hp = 0.75 kw

I.E. hp x 0.75 = KW

Couldn't be bothered doing it now but,

Hope that helps
