Yes :stirthepot:

Washing the car today I saw a nice big crack from one side to the other in my left fog light :tease: at least it's still intact and working, now I gotta source a spare... I think I'll invest in those protectors I said I would get months ago :lurvedealer::crybaby:

I have one from my dads XR6T when he had the accident..

It was kicked out of the bumper so dad just put it in the glovebox, when the car was repaired it had a new foglight. I'm not sure if anything is broken on it but the glass looks to be in tact. Anyone want to post up pics for me to compare? I'll post pics of it as soon as my camera has charged. If theres nothing wrong with it then XXXR6T, you can have it for the cost of postage ;)

I just bought some of the "stick on" headlight protectors (3M stuff about 3mm thick) - cut them into circles and stuck them on the foggies - hopefully it will do the trick.

You can't even tell that they have the stuff stuck on.

Glenn: Thanks champ :stirthepot:

Rik: Sounds good for small rocks and sand blasting, but would it stop the lens from cracking from a big stone at 110km/h?

My car has 75,000kms, 60,000km of those are highway, front end has been stone blasted. Foggies still intact thanks to that 3m film :spoton:
