Thanks Darren. It's funny how when you walk into a shop and you spend 10 minutes there, you can sense whether you will have a good or bad experience with them. I definately think the guys at FIST will look after me whatever I decide to do to the T.

I look forward to joining you in the 300+ club, I bet you are having a ball!

Rob.

Well, got the flash installed yesterday. 1 hour turned into 3 WTF? The guys had broken my bonnet release lever when opening the bonnet!  :spoton: I had 183rwkw when I drove in and came out with 211rwkw on the 8psi map. The tuner (for a better word) said I couldn't run the 10psi map because the exhaust is too restrictive, said I need a new exhaust then proceded to tell me that they could do it for me and that he would give me a price!

I have a stock exhaust with the centre muffler removed and I would think that this would be fine running the 10psi map, but hey, what would I know, I'm not a 'tuner'!

Anyway, decided to take a trip over to FIST and have a chat, nicest blokes you will ever meet. Didn't try and sell us everything in the shop, knew there stuff, and spent time with us even though we hadn't spent a cent with them and just had the Flasher installed by someone else.

Needless to say, you all know where I will be getting the balance of my mods from! F.I.S.T.!!!!

Got home a little dissapointed  :spoton:  and opened up the bonnet, found that my SS Inductions CAI had melted and that there was only a tiny hole for the air to get through.  :spoton:  So I took all the CAI out and went back to standard. WOW!  :spoton:  What a difference! This thing pulls like nothing else, and I haven't had a custon tune yet. Well, loaded up the 10psi map and is goes like the wind.

I will get a custom tune from FIST in the near future and get some injectors, fuel pump, exhaust and IC. So I am really looking forward to the next stage!

I will keep you all posted.

It would probably pay to get it toughend up and a oil cooler too.If you run at 300rwkw you will kill the tranny pretty quickly.

A shift mod switch aswell to tighten shifts up. :spoton:
