mate if you or some mates cant go and give the guy a decent kerb stomping for whatever reason, a Violence based restraining order will be the next best thing - you just need their name/address and DOB basically and the complainant will have to call the coppers and they do the rest.

That and encourage the victim to press charges - this has happened to female friends of mine before and unfortunately getting them to press charges is the hardest part. They are either too scared or the dropkick becomes nice as pie for a few months until all is forgotten, then it happens again.

A couple of broken wrists and fingers is by far the best method but 'slightly' bordering on assault occasioning bodily harm so choose the time and place... all hypothetical of course and hearsay from overhearing at the pub

As much as I'd like to beat the **** to within an inch of his life, it'll make life far more difficult for me...

Get the feeling an AVO wont work. If your the type to beat up your long term partner / childrens mother while she is dying from a terminal illness, your probably the type to ignore one..

Gonna sit her down and have a chat on Wednesday. Feel blessed to have such a cushy life :D

Kids are aware it happens (door gets shut and mum comes out in tears) but since I dont ever deal with kids, I honestly have NFI what they actually think. I'm sure its not good though. Lower primary school age.

Her other sister actually belts up her BF (im serious...). I guess some people are just bought up thinking that a bit of domestic violence is ok..

LOL, this is Balga spec hahaha

On brighter note one of the girls rings up from work (my day off) and she spends 45min crying to me saying how she cant afford to live anymore (shes casual with me 2 days a week and works at Combank the other 4 days) and how she owes her mum lots (about 800 bucks..) saying its close to the end for her cause she cant handle life anymore

Her dad died, which sucks but she chose to stay at work the day he died. Odd eh

She cant afford rent but has 2 spare bedrooms in the house. apparently its too much hassle finding a housemate who'll give her $75 cash a week...

She cant afford lunch but smokes a pack a day

She cant afford food but she bought home another cat (couple of cats, dog etc)

She apparently has a bad back and is now whinging about being in a job standing up all day. When she applied, I was never told anything about that.

Her BF lost 1 day of work / pay driving trucks so now he thinks every weekend is a long one..

I tried to show some compassion and be understanding but she had an excuse to everything I suggested.

Some people are just farken stupid

yeh true about the AVO but at least if he does violate it the coppers will do something about it - although if she hasnt pressed charges this far for previosu assaults then she probably wouldnt call them if he violates the AVO, let alone take out the AVO in the 1st place !!!!

What is she spending her dough on?

Is she good lookin Mat? Ill let her sleep in the cupboard in my room if she is... lol.

That domestic violence thing is horrible mate. Can only wonder what the children are gonna turn out like in years to come if they are witnessing this.
