If you need any more info on the complete housing from Garrett or want advice on removing turbo/taking to Turbotech just give us a call on 0430 556 380. I've had mine off numerous times trying to get it set right & have finally found the correct combo/settings Dean. What's the cost for a new housing over moding the original turbo, somebody quoted $465 moded a few posts back and if you buy a new housing doesn't the turbo need to be basically rebuilt? I have two BAs one with 6 and 4 piston brembos and the other with ford premium ( Ba F6 blue)and with the right pads on the street there is little difference. I have two BAs one with 6 and 4 piston brembos and the other with ford premium ( Ba F6 blue)and with the right pads on the street there is little difference.Just for performance, no track work, I'm shooting for 350wkw and want to be able to stop it, the stock BF XR6T brakes have a hard enough time trying to do this now, once the mods are completed there is no way the brakes will be up to the task.Brembo would be a great addition but there just to $$$ for an after market conversion, as is the M series PBR 6 & 4 piston kit and as you said it’s not a track car.You said one BA runs ford premium brakes do you mean like the T and the XR8’s brakes or the basic Brembo FPV package? For $7400 you could probably get a set of 6/4 pot Brembo's if you shop around (on here or ebay)...

These with braided lines and PBR performance pads will be up to the job, and can be had cheap, dont bother about the rear the BF ones are better. If you want better a set of 6 piston brembo on the front with DBA 5000 discs and keep your rears and paint the calipers red. TRY EBAY THERE IS LOTS OF BREMBO Edited 28/01/09 02:37 PM by arronm

Surely it wouldn't cost too much to get them fitted. I would think that you could get it all done for cheaper than the PBR brakes.
