I remember when we bought our first (established ) home @ 21. It was $113k. 9 years ago. We looked at land before we sold ( 5 years ago ) and signed up for a $98k piece of dirt and my missus nearly fainted!! Just keep it in your pants Steve and it'll be aok.. No performance benefit that I can feel. Also had my front drivers wheel issue fixed and it was the outer steering rack afterall...... f%ucking useless pedders said nothing was wrong.
