Hahahahaha no worries, next time. Hard to miss a total absence of light on the road hahaha...one day I'll get some nice interesting tint or something. Until then I blend in nicely.

PS fuel should be ok depending on the weight of your right foot. Below 2k much? Hahaha...

Anyway see ya at a cruise sometime I'm sure.

Oh and D the repairs FINALLY are ok. Air con was the last thing I realised was stuffed. Mobile regas man fixed me up. After standing me up one morning (grr). Not a fun experience - haven't been back to Ambitious Link since hahaha...

Iam finally back on the road. Had a long drawn out exchange with Ford. In the end I gave up ( I missed my car too much). First let me say the guys at Titans were first class and bent over backwards to help me. It was ford engine plant that were the trouble. I just repaired it all myself. But I got my own back. Just as this was all happening I was about to purchase a new company car and it was going to be a new Ford wagon which I was going to modify a bit ( lowered , big wheels, Premium ICC ETC). Ford not looking after me really left a bad taste in my mouth, as I believe I had a valid claim. So I went out and bought a new Late model camira SV6 sportswagon with leather, tint, rear DVD. I have had over 12 fords since 1983 ,6 have been new, looks like Iam a Expensive Daewoo man now. Arron

Haha valid reason? You were thrashing it round the track :stirthepot:

Na that's rediculous. For a car with such low kms & a good service history it shouldn't of happened to begin with. When it did, they should've replaced it, no questions asked imo.

Hey peeps... Im seriously considering this F6 thing now lol.

If I go a phoon instead of a tornado (want a manual) what are the major differences?

Ill need to get a surge tank, diff rear section of exhaust... Whats the go with CV's? At what point do they become weak?

While im here, what you think ill get for a 20K Kms old BF1 Ute with hardcover & leather?

Cheers!

Main differences in the Phoon are dual zone/premium icc comes standard, 4 doors rather than 2, stupid IRS diff with weak arse cv's, and most importantly better looks :idunno:

CV's become a problem at all different power levels depending on how the power's bought on, how low the car is & how it's driven. Saying that though, I thrashed the tits off my old T, it was fairly low & had 340rwkw but never spat a cv. Boost was fairly progressive though so that probably helped a little!

At a guess I'd say high 20's for your current car :stupid:
