There is a new ute on the street in perth tonight its a Bf v8 with a blower and stock exhaust

I got to drive this car today he he he he

392rwkw on its first day

Very impressive Rob :spoton:

What head unit is it?

I heared Darren's XR6T with a set of aftermarket cams and it sounded like a carbie feb big block.

I'd say PM Xtreme F6 and ask about them :spoton:

They were atomic cams so best to call atomic about them.

Unless you're prepared to fork out for a tune your car wont run with them...

I just sold mine a few weeks back for $500 & they retail for $1200. Just thought I'd throw that cheap shot in for ya :spit:

Mat - I would sell the PW st 1 Core and use the money to get a Rapid V2 kit but if you can stretch the extra $200 get the V3 kit. In a perfect world a good Dump & Cat would be great, but at a minimum, a hiflow or gutted Cat.

Clutch will become a problem then...

Never ends does it!

So I guess general consensus is that Rapids gear is better value than PW's stuff. He also seems to be willing to go cheaper which is always good!

Shoulda just bought a car that never needs to be modded :(

Actually Rob :) , it's a 2.3L Generation 6 TVS Ford Racing / Roush Performance Eaton M140 blower. Mouth full isn't it. It's the GT500 Mustang head unit available in the US from FPPR/Roush Performance.

What's wrong with the factory exhaust? And who's been pedalling this myth that small exhaust systems are restrictive

I'm sure there will be a bit left in it yet before the exhaust system gets looked at.
