yeah

I heard it today.

2 12 type x running of 1 1000 per sub

dynamat entire car.. yet sitting in the drivers seat -6 db, u feel like your sitting on a virbrator >.< it was just crazy bass, I now have a headache and my eyes were watery.

I made the executive decision to go down to 2 type r running off 1 1000 each.

its plenty

The active mb quarts reference front and rear speakers sound nuts. :spoton:

that should sound sweet in a nice tight FG !!

dynamat makes a massive difference hey, I ended up stripping the interior of my pootrol and covering every sq cm with the stuff, sounded way better!!

you'll find as the subs wear in it will get a bit louder as well and more and more things will start rattling haha... I was driving along one day and my rearview mirror snapped off its mount hahaha scared the sh*t out of me haha

I remember with my setup the windscreen used to flex in and out about half an inch either way, was pretty trippy to watch hahaha...

and also at full noise it sometimes made your eyeballs vibrate slightly, enough to make it pretty difficult to read street signs especially at night hahahaha..

f*ck I love bass !!!!!! ROFL

boo yeh !!!!! make sure you post pics up mate !!

I ran in my subs using a frequency generator before giving it to the car stereo place to install.

sif they would do it.

fg boot is massive, they removed the spare and made a custom box to go from the bottom all the way up so it looks flush with a false floor... and wait for it..

reverse mounted subs :P though I liked the arse end of the type X greater than the type r. Originally was gonna have one type x reverse, one normal. then changed my mind 2 type r reverse... now considered type x reverse and two type r's normal... no way in hell id fit them but.

it will grow on me. but the two type r's are insane. I still want to keep my hearing intact. ill probably get a spl meter and estimate how long it will take me to get deaf even with the type r's.

like djing hasnt killed my ears already. now to top it off.

but yeah because I am a sound fenetic I went with the digital processor as well so I can time delay it and sh*t, it should sound dirty as..

gosh spotted and chit chat thread have become same thing.

im gonna go check on it now, if I can take some pics I will

The police filming a segment for "The Force" (I assume?) outside work today. Guy was pulled over and his car searched but the guy was laughing and chatting to the copper off camera....

Now I've been pulled over once or twice (more like 30+) and have had my car searched and my items dumped on the side of the road in freo and not once has a cop had a joke and a laugh with me whilst doing this. Bit strange
