Not that I did anything at all, but Berns was happy we came along!

Hows Wednesday 17th of September sound in the arvo? Plenty of time to plan etc.

8-10 cars. It worked out cheaper last time and we got to use the skid pan as a "warm down".

One of those courses was sooo hard to remember and shame the handbrake turns dont work like they do on the wrx's..

Handbrake was tried by Leigh I think :) The wrx's managed one wheel up in the air while the big taxi just continued on its way!

I doubt we'd get enough for an all turbo ford arvo. Maybe 5 or 6 at best but gaps easily filled!

I always thought you shouldn't use the handbrakes on our cars while they are driving, as there is like teeth on the rear brakes so the handbrake locks into position as its pulled up. Wouldn't that strip the teeth if you ripped it up at speed?

no teeth just metal shoe, which works really badly.

U sure? maybe the sedans and utes are different. but im 95% sure when the back of my car was jacked up, along the rear axle somewhere there was a finned bit with like metal teeth towards the wheel ends. I was also told my a mate not to pull up the handbrake while driving as it will catch on these teeth.

I tried to look under the car just then with a torch but its too friggin low to see anything at all :stickpoke:
