Well we got a round 2 about 30 mins ago. I opened the roller door, there was a MASSIVE flash and the loudest thunder crack I've ever heard.

roller door went straight back down, and I went around unplugging appliances again haha

what an awesome Saturday :)

Mark & I were laughing at the girls running up the street in the rain when a massive thunder & lighting hit I swear on top of our house!! Cause the stereo in the theatre went MAX volume(poor little Jena was watching a movie) scared the  outta her, and the Air con came on full (a bit cold for that!) control panel wouldnt respond. Mark had to go out in the rain and do the power box thing!!

Then just like Mike!!.... Turn everything off, just put it back on.

I worked this morning got in @ 6am half way up the BankWest Tower. Was quite amazing though the little scouts are camping on the Esplanade.

Hope they have spare jocks. Oh yeah their scouts they have everything..Maybe some longer tent pegs would have helped cause when we left there were a few tents fallen over.

spotted a T, im pretty sure it was gold, or if it was yellow not very bright, had a black 8 bonnet with yellow bits up the buldge. It was in Ocean Reef Marina car park, did the sickest peel out down the bottom continued it pretty much the whole way up the hill. Sounded sweet

Was a great day at work! Love this weather (when im at work).

Dog sat on the lawn all day. He loves the rain and thunder. Result= one smelly wet german shepard!

Lots of flash flooding around Ozzy Park and the firies where kept super busy!

Highlight of the day was our newish emo casual (why we hired an emo with a stupid farken haircut and eyeliner I dunno).

When I asked him if he was scared of thunder he replied "I like it more than sunlight. It suits my personality".

ROFL at boy scouts. "be prepared" but there probably packed up and gone home :P

if its going to rain it might as well be torrential. today was ace.

I went out to brookton for the off road races. left at 11:30 just when it started to rain, and pretty much stayed in the storm for entire drive. I don't think I've ever seen so much lightning.

road was flooded pretty much all the way but the rangie wasn't even fussed. got to the races and even the entrance road was a mud bath. much fun had. god damn do I love this car.

Went for a bit of a drive out past Gingin last night. Wasn't too bad but then about 9 o'clock a decent storm rolled through. Its amazing how much of an impact the lightning actually makes when theres only darkness and trees surrounding you!! One stage I had hail bouncing off the car!

Really annoyed I didnt have my DSLR and tripod with me..
