That header tank looks a tad empty. I wonder why?

Would it have anything to do with the piping to the thermostat being deflated??

Do all BA/BF have their oil sticks in that location? different to the FGs.

I did my own coolant change as noticed header tank was starting to get scummy.

In the end the slug came back.

So did this with plasidip

In the end I brought a SP Flushing gun and pull radiator hose off on hot side.

Removed thermostat and and flushed the sh*t out of it.

New header tank and it has stayed spot on.

Whats a sp gun o.O ill get a new overflow tank and try cleaning ot like your method. I qas originally going to plasti dip top half black to blend it in and still have bottom half normal so I can see whats going on
