Yeah that was the highlight of the night Phil, after we almost got egged by these f*ckwits when we pulled in to Maccas to grab a bite at the second meet point!

snapshot20141101005227.jpg

Note one of them stepping out on to the road to run across between me and Phil who was behind me. I slowed down more than I needed to as I could see them up ahead, thought they were just looking to cross the road but I'm sure if we'd been going straight they would have egged us.

We got lucky the first egg landed on the bitumen in front of the cars and not ON a car. I think Gonz might have driven through some on the way out.

Big up to Brad/Frosty for waiting there to keep an eye on them while we moved the cars. I could see eggs would be coming our way as soon as we started to drive off.

SO GLAD that one of them got a kick up the arse.

Fun cruise anyway :) Thanks to everyone who turned up at short notice even if they'd pulled a 12 hour day all week! It's good to keep in touch face to face with everyone.

Shortly before the egg was thrown

Hey guys just thought id show a product I found for cleaning wheels.

A alot of you may all ready know of it but for the ones who don't its called "Iron X"

This stuff works amazingly! I just sprayed it on my wheels, Waited 3 minutes while it did its job then used my high pressure hose to wash it off.

Hey Brennan,

I'm dying for a wheel cleaner that will clean up the horrendous amount of dust caused by my bendix ultimates...

Is this the stuff that you bought? Will be purchasing today if that's the case!

This seems similar to BDP (Brake dust pro) in the way that it colours the dust that dark red.

Cheers mate,

Dan

EDIT: Does the run-off stain the sh*t out of the concrete?

That's the gear.

The old stuff had a pretty rough smell, hence the lemon scent now I take it.

It great for prepping paint chips that have oxidized before painting.

I do need some also, as running out.

There used to be a discount code on the ford forums website for waxit.com, think it was like 10% or 15% off which saves a bit on large orders! But I haven't ordered from waxit in years. last order I got in some of that ironx to use on the xr gt when it came from over east (train brake dust, iron..etc) and it worked well I thought.
