Hey guys my brother wants to sell the front part of his 3540 so he can upgrade to the gtx. The turbo was reconditioned about 10,000 clicks ago. Hes looking at getting rid of it cheap if any F series W.A boys are interested in some extra power.

Also still have the next to new FG F6 intercooler and injectors. Only looking at 200$ and a carton or something for both aha

3540 or 3582? going rate for a core and front housing is only 2 or 3 hung these days

That is very cheap for the F6 cooler and OEM 440cc injectors. Age and kms?

Also any more info on the turbo?

They are off a 2012 fg f6 and did 3000ks before he upgraded.

Wow is that all their worth? Such a good power upgrade for so cheap lol I was shooting around the 500 mark which I thought was cheap considering the complete turbos are around 1500 for used I dont really have any idea though.

GTX3582's can be had for $1500 new minus exhaust housing so the market for GT3582r cores with no exh housing has bellied out. For what it's worth a new exhauts housing is aprox $700 so if it was a complete turbo you could shoot for around the $750- 900 mark depending on KM's

You may do better but that seems to be what they are selling for.

Is the turbo off the same car (oem FG F6)?

Nah its off his bf mk II

Its not new but has been reconditioned last year. He barely drives it though done about 10000ks in almost 18 months.

Anyone wants to take it all off my hands we can work something out. The cooler/injectors im well aware is a bargain but I have no need for them.

Paving and alfresco must come first unfortunately!

Tempting, as the 440cc injectors will max out the current FG turbo.

Not sure if I could be stuffed with the turbo but I must admit I do miss the mid range power of the BA/BF turbo.
