Front side windows - 35% is darkest legal, although 30% will pass the pits. Rear windows can go to .... 20% I think........it's darker anyways. I bought my car with 17% on all round. Looked sweet.... But mr copper didn't think though. Expensive exercise to be wrongEven at 17% it was fine at night. Wish I could still have it. Usually cured by winding windows down.My T ute also has illegal tint but not as dark and I don't have the same problems, even though its still too dark by law.
