People in places like banksia grove (fuze) and ellenbrook (velocity) are held tightly by the balls as they are essentially the retailers of fibre in those estates so residents have little choice. Opticomm are the wholesalers and we can choose and rsp /ISP or whatever they call themselves! Intelligent homes are doing the installs and we had an info night their last night and some of the gear dominates all. Not cheap butCurrently it seems iinet or internode offer the best plans.
