Should be able to stretch to a 3+

How much would it cost for install roughly, any idea?

Call Simon and get a quote

Did they check your tint with some sort of light meter or did they just guess it maybe to dark , the way they guess the cars to low, or the exhaust is to loud. Or your tyres are to wide. Cops, mate what can I say. Iam sick of them making stuff up.

It does not matter to a copper. They only have to SUSPECT a problem to make you get your car checked at an inspection pit.

go the 3+ ... ive done 55,000 hard KMs in my xr8 since getting that clutch, and it has never failed me.

as for rims, I wouldnt purchase wheels in WA, except for JPC ... but if I could, id buy from eastern states or overseas, as Perth wheel/tyre companies are ripoffs!

Anyone installed a tail shaft loop on their BA/BF/FG sedan before? If so where do you have to place it? Need a definite answer by next Monday :bangcomputer:

Spoke with West Racing Motor Development today, quoted $2300 for 3+ and fitment. Do you think $500 is reasonable for the install?

Also spotted a white R-spec today on south st / stock rd intersection. Had SA plates.

Also, this is the car that is always parked across the road from my work (mentioned in previous post):

$500 is average. Should be able too knock it out in 2 to 3 hrs on a hoist.

I can do it in 3.5/4hrs on the floor with a jack so anybody with a hoist and trans jack, and air tools @ hand should be a fair bit quicker!

I´d ring Simon @ XFT he replaced more clutched than he can probably recall
