Get the house first, then get the car. Getting the house won't stop you from getting the car after a little while. Getting a car will make it a sh*t load harder to get a house any time soon.

Or maybe I'm one of those people who like to have fun and life and would rather not be slaving away to pay off a house and not be able to have any fun :P

So in other words, you're an idiot?

I'm paying off a mortgage, have a few cars & have plenty of fun year round as do most people on here. All that didn't start from owing money on a modified car & living in the nest with mummy & daddy though...

House first, then car(s), then fun imo. Good mix of the ladies thrown in across the board never hurts either, just don't give them your pin number!

If you have the oppurtunity to get a house, albeit the car has to go, do it & don't look back. Property increases in value & can earn you money, cars decrease in value & cost money.

Another tip, if you don't want mixed opinions on a subject, don't post in the first place :innocent:

Agrees with all posts regarding House-->--modded car..... Profit made on my first couple of houses paid for my cars when sold.

(also waits quietly for australia's house prices too relax again too obtain another rental......)
