Christ Chris, they musta been keen as mustard to give you a canary judging from that 'list'.

Keith, have a further week wait on the cooler pipe from forum member here. >_< Only going to get early 300's man. Bigger injectors and a surge tank would be good for a bit more but my (brand new) turbo is staying stock so that will restrict things being done reliably (low boost).

I think a 50% boost in rwkw for only a few grand should satisfy me :surrenderwave::spoton::turboboink:

Edit...also keen on the before rwkw figure to compare to my ET and trap speed at the drags!

yeh I understand man!

im actualy kinda thinking of a diffrent direction now

after driving in the wet.. thinking of new wheels with 9.5 at the rears.. an suspension and get the breaks an every up to scrath so its ready for mods..

because I just take off normal in the wet an I spin.. it annoys me an people like yeep bloody hoon whist im trying not to be a idiot..

plus I reckon once I do suspeonsion wheels get brakes all fixed up an car serviced trans done an diff then I may start modding even if its just injectors an a tune.. atleast ill know my cars safe an will stop when I need it to an wont have any problems!

I've been managing with 300 at wheels, only accidental wheel spin once :P

Keith...brakes and grip are awesome. Time for a little 'CSB':

Was driving west yesterday on Leach Hwy just before North Lake...those who know the part, it's 3 lane, with turning lanes cut into the island. Lots of cars stack up in the turning lanes at times. The people driving in the right lane not paying attention and not leaving enough safe braking distance in the wet, combined with overflowing turning lane causing the traffic to back up onto the straight...

...a 4WD to my right suddenly realises he has a line of stationary cars in front of him as he's going 70kmh. He can't stop in time so he dives into my middle lane into my safe braking distance. Let's up the ante - I'm towing a trailer too. He hits the brakes as he's only a few feet from the car that was in front of me. My GF screams :surrenderwave: . I proceed to slam them on and to avoid his rear left corner I have to partially swerve into the left lane, freaking out the poor person there, as I try to avoid hitting things on 2 sides of my car simultaneously. The trailer is empty so doesn't jacknife, thank fark.

I think there was about a meter of space from my car to his rear, probably the same from me to the car on my left. No collisions, extremely lucky.

Stock calipers, DBA4000 rotors and QFM pads did the job...just! Coulda been bye bye angel eyes, hello insurance excess.

cops gave me a yellow for

"low suspension" - which is 5mm within legal limit.

"K&N air filter" - which is in process west air box.

fun fun :stirthepot:

PM Replied to DJ.

My suspension was 94mm at the header pipe. I have to jack it up 6mm :(

Your filter in a box will be no issue at all

Your aftermarket exhaust may be put to a noise test. Make sure its not loud.

And DO NOT leave any dyno sheets in your car. I know you have not got any more than 320kw so you should be ok there with your "cosmetic" engine mods that improve fuel economy and drivability.

What wheels have you got DJ. Size of rims and tyres?

All you guys with mods should try and get permits.

I have a mate in Traffic branch and he tells me they have been told to get modded cars off the road. Every time I change my ute he looks at it and says ok, but no garrantee that one of his comrads is not in a bad mood and dishing out pain.
