Medium ammount of cartlidge damage (Inside of my right knee), and a snapped/torn ACL. No machine, just told to walk and put weight on it. Physio should start out with very basic stretching exercises and then move onto free squats etc...Just started a new job, so havent been to the physio for a couple of weeks, going to have to make an appointment for my next day off.
