Cost was Zip - HBF covered it all only out of pocket was Gap for GP for referal (get him to write you up for scan before hand - billed it to medicare) and gap between surgeons initial consult and medicare $36.80.... bargain and knee is tops!!Mat I love my Swissvax polish wax and stuff, it is the dux nutz!!
