Kice, my mate has one of those butterfly valves on his X-farce exhaust and its a woftam if you ask me.

Also whats the point of having external gate if your just got to plumb it back in!!

maybe if I had some damn room left lol muffler was for the gate, controllable screamer lol

point is to control boost. seems 38mm isnt sufficiant enough, turbotech refuses to port to 42mm.... there is a company eastern states that does it, but sending my exhaust housing east then back here... 8 days worth of freight.. plus they need four days to do it... almost 3 weeks.

or I could put stock air intake back on but whats the fun in that, I like the sound of meh 6" filter.

ya recon I should leave it unplummbed back?

that's what Josh has on his WRX. He has remote tucked away in cabin and it moves the valve. Maybe on a car that is stupidly loud but a normal modified street car hardly needs one. Look at all the loud HSV's and SS's floating around. On WOT, they are loud but if being driven normally, they arent too bad. Another crappy product for X-Farce!

screamer tells the world your intentions... watch out open gate lol

trying to keep away from yellow as much as possible... having a screamer would mean I would drive even more cautiously than I do now, would be scared to open gate with cars around incase the cops are in one of them...

open gate would be around 2750-3000ish

kice,how is open external gate any more $$$ than plumb back? would have thought it to be cheaper? ask simon to set it up if possible so its a flanged plumb back so can be removed/added if too much attention, nothing gets street cred like gating people.
