washed my sedan for the first time today,

no wonder the farkers rust in the boot area. I opened the boot after drying the car with a chamois and there's the best part of 500ml's of water poole up between the top of the rear quarters and the boot hinge mount......another design triumph by ford

Anybody put drain fittings and tube in there?

I find the same thing (and have rust in the underside join). Water drips onto my briefcase or carpet depending if I'm at work or not...PITA. There's a couple holes in that corner there for water to get down through >_>

I'm going to take my car to ford and have em fix the rust up under warranty but can't be without a car so will have to apply for a hire car...yet to get around to it.

Small blemish on an otherwise fooooolly siiiiick car.

its the back window not being sealed properly....I took mine in under warranty..went off to the panel shop where they said it was the drip check in the seam....but it wasnt...after making them pop the back window and reseal it all the water stopped leaking into my boot on the rhs...Skittles...I'll leave that one alone as I'm a dad haha (looks umm....easy on the eye)
