Personally I could not think of anything worse than buying a house and fixing it up! Would rather just move in and be done with lolBTW fixed for youbut it takes a while though to work out what you want to change in a house after you've lived there a while, we did that then looked at moving house but the stamp duty to move somewhere better would be like $35,000... pretty much what you paid for your car brand new hahaha.. imagine pretty much ripping up $35k in $100 bills then burning it, that's all stamp duty is pretty much..plus of course the extra $100-150k the better house costs in the 1st place!!I would only buy a house to do up if it was in prime locale, cheap as fook and I had a house to live in while renos are being done! I feel it is an outstanding accomplishment for our Ford fans and for a ute aswell. I am proud of it.Check out what all the cars are that are faster or closer to my time.RWD Forced Induction LeaderboardPos Owner Driver Car Lap Time Date Weather1 Gavin Beer Nissan Skyline 0:54.4599 27 Mar 2008 2 Steve Myburgh Nissan 180SX 0:56.2758 16 Aug 2007 Dry3 Paul Cornes Nissan Skyline 0:56.3560 14 Aug 2008 4 Scott Lockhart Nissan Skyline 0:56.8427 27 Mar 2008 5 Grant Stephenson Mazda RX7 0:56.9395 11 Dec 2008 Dry6 Ian Lewis Mazda MX5 Turbo 0:57.0604 12 Apr 2007 Dry7 William White Nissan Skyline R31 0:57.4680 14 Aug 2008 8 Simon Bunson Nissan Silvia S13 0:57.4910 06 Nov 2008 Dry9 Mark Conacher Nissan Skyline 0:57.5063 28 May 2009 Dray10 BD Nissan Skyline 0:57.5444 11 Dec 2008 Dry11 Adrian Kovacevic Ford BFII F6 Tornado 0:57.6254 28 May 2009 Dray12 Gavin Beer Instructor Instructor Nissan Skyline 0:57.7288 24 May 2007 Dry13 Richard Miller Nissan Skyline 0:57.7766 12 Oct 2006 14 Russell Howard Mazda FD RX7 0:57.7830 06 Nov 2008 Dry15 Simon Gunson Nissan Silvia S13 0:57.7915 20 Dec 2007 Dry16 Rob Webber Nissan Skyline 0:57.9695 22 Jan 2009 Dry17 Westly Partridge Mazda RX7 0:58.6598 02 Oct 2008 Dry18 Matt Chapman Mazda RX7 0:58.7351 28 May 2009 Dray19 Gordon Reynolds Nissan Skyline R34 GTT 0:58.8796 28 May 2009 Dray20 John Burns Ford FPV F6 Typhoon 0:58.9351 28 May 2009 Dray21 Richard Humphries Mazda RX7 0:59.0170 24 May 2007 Dry22 Jarrad Greay Nissan Skyline GTST 0:59.6870 06 Nov 2008 Dry23 Marc Roissetter Nissan 180SX 0:59.7481 26 Mar 2009 Dry24 Glen Ashley Nissan Skyline R32 GTST (R34GTT Engine) 1:00.3055 23 Apr 2009 Dry25 Daniel Wales Nissan Skyline 1:00.3249 26 Mar 2009 Dry26 Jamie Paolucci Toyota Supra 1:00.5598 11 Dec 2008 Dry27 Karl Daws Nissan Silvia S13 1:00.7246 28 May 2009 Dray28 Ben Walker Ford FPV Tornado 1:01.1986 12 Oct 2006 29 Tyson Rignall Mazda RX7 1:01.2310 28 Feb 2008 30 Jason Krieken Ford BF Typhoon 1:01.2750 05 Mar 2007 Very Hot31 Chris Ellyard Toyota Soarer TT 1:01.8847 16 Aug 2007 Dry32 Kieran Bass Ford BA XR6 Turbo 1:01.9120 20 Jan 2006 Dry33 Trent Green Ford BA XR6 Turbo 1:02.0360 05 Jun 2008 34 Sven Funke Nissan 200SX 1:02.1510 27 Mar 2008 35 Adrian Jameson Nissan Skyline 1:02.3296 01 Mar 2007 Damp36 Brenton Tallot Nissan Silvia S13 1:02.7316 26 Mar 2009 Dry37 Quentin Porter Ford BA XR6 Turbo 1:03.0490 05 Mar 2007 Very Hot38 Malcolm Slater Toyota Supra TT 1:03.2153 20 Jan 2006 Dry39 Chris Kiosses Nissan 180SX 1:03.4561 20 Dec 2007 Dry40 Brett Williams Ford BF Typhoon 1:03.8460 20 Dec 2007 Dry41 Brett Williams Ford BF Typhoon 1:03.8460 31 Jan 2008 Dry42 Shaq Herath Nissan 350Z TT 1:03.8588 16 Aug 2007 Dry43 Ali Abbaszadeh Nissan Skyline GTST 1:04.6628 01 Mar 2007 Damp44 Evan Cockram Mazda RX7 1:04.6760 06 Nov 2008 Dry45 Mark Bailey Ford BF Typhoon 1:07.2990 05 Mar 2007 Very Hot46 Chris Barnard Nissan Skyline GTST 1:07.7785 20 Jan 2006 Dry47 John Lyus Nissan Stagea 1:07.8809 31 Jan 2008 Dry48 Matthew Heeds Toyota Supra 1:08.3426 20 Jan 2006 Dry49 Andrew Wood Ford BA XR8 Turbo 1:10.2370 05 Mar 2007 Very Hot50 Paul Kluck Nissan 200SX 1:10.7730 28 Feb 2008 51 Karen Langdon Toyota Supra 1:11.5934 16 Aug 2007 Dry52 Daniel Tan Choong Ki Nissan 200SX 1:12.7524 27 Sep 2007 Wet53 Jonathon Roelofs Nissan Skyline 1:12.9576 07 Dec 2006 Dry54 Lee Jen Toyota Supra 1:15.8366 27 Sep 2007 WetThere is Kieren too with his stock XR6.
