The PTA (Public Transport Authority) who is my client at the mo, has a contracted team pretty much doing that full time farkin.They need to save money - why the fark don't they just shoot/jail/cut the fingers off the little POS repeat offender bastards who do that type of crap instead of soft-cocking them through the legal system, preventing them from dealing with anything real (apart from deal with HOON's), wasting squillion's in fixing the sh*t they break and in legal jargin, only to have some meaningless order placed on the vandal that see's them & his uleh's out doing the same thing that night!!
