The reducer I can get sent over but the 2nd bit is that thing which is 6 weeks away. I think Revolution Race Gear sells bits and peices like that and its close to work!Whats the best way to bend aircon line back (farken horrible job). Slowly slowly I guess? XF Falcon <put funny sh*t here> Member 3,365 Member For: 18y 1m 4d Gender: Male Location: Perth, NOR Posted 17/03/09 12:06 PM Share Posted 17/03/09 12:06 PM Yeah bend it VERY slowly, I got 2 mates to help, we all wore garden gloves (just incase it split?? heh) and it surprisingly bends a lot!As someone bends the very end bit forward and to the side, someone holds the bottom to give it some relief, and get someone else to help feed it back inside the engine bay.As for cutting the metal, I used a dremel at first but it was taking waaay too long, so ended up using a 4" grinder with a new cutting wheel (cheap as from Bunnings) and it cut through it with ease. Then we tidied up the cut pieces, and I put primer/paint over the cut sections to try prevent rusting there. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
