I reckon if you are found innocent because of a f*ckup from the prosecution, you should get every single cent back plus come kind of small compensation for your time that they have wasted !!!

that would encourage more people to stand up and fight instead of just take a dodgy charge on the chin because they are scared of forking out a few grand for a lawyer etc...

It would probably also force the cops/judges/prosecution etc to make the whole court experience a more accurate and transparent one instead of the farce it is nowadays...

Payed $3300 for my lawyer and im gonna get $2000 back. The money wont come through for a couple of months though!

Some nutter put a tiny dent in my door, sure as hell it must have been hit by another door.

5th dimension protection pack is on the car so part of my paint warranty dents and scratches are covered.

I reckon its the same guy dj that f*cked my door, the nutter has elevated from tapping your door in a carpark to trying to rip my wing mirrors off, punching me in the face whilst in the car, then using the drivers door to try and stop me from getting out (had one leg out and he was ramming the door into me and twisting the entire door.

wish I had 5th dimension protection, reckon it would have covered drunken hillbillies trying to brake your leg with your own car door??

On the topic of jerks some jerk in a truck was dropping ex amounts of rocks. I have significant damage to my window bonnet just across the bonnet and bumper

He was pulled over further up the road I said look what you did to my ute mate.. He was like o yep ill grab ya number an get my boss to give you a call. I took his number plate called the company and told them what happened they said hes actually a sub contractor so he takes all liability and has to sort out their own insurance.

So they gave me the boss number for the contractor can't get through.. I called my insurance let them know what happened and blah blah..

I'll end up having to pay my own excess for my own repairs ****

Yeah it is hey. So I'm going to go get some quote's and my mum is helping me try sort it out Iv never had to make a single claim and 1 person with a unsecured load of rock's comes driving along the highway he even left a trail so every other car driving was flicking up his droppings.
