The 'offense' happened in september and he only wrote the report about it (seperate to statement of material facts) in december based on what he could remember after I had plead not guilty initially and sought an adjournment to seek legal advice. The lawyer actually works in the same building as Jeremy Noble funnily enough. Overall Im happy its done & finished and obviously happy with the outcome and moral victory even though it should probably have never got that far... I was even able to claim some costs back so that's a bonus!

Besides im 25. Far to young to get married (imo anyway. About 30 is a good age I reckon). My advice is to stay single, buy a house, get some ugly girls to live with you. Be very nice to them, cause they'll have hot friends who they will invite over and tell how nice you are Remember boys, steak and BJ day on Saturday. Get your wagyu ready!f*ck u remind me of Apu in that Simpsons episode - your making us all look bad FFS !! my GF's lucky if she wakes up without a pearl necklace, never mind farken hot air ballooning etc !!!!! You need teh womans (and hidden shower cam!!) as roomies. Mind you WTF do I know cause I still (officially) live at home with mummy and daddy . If any chicks do come over, remember its 3+ people competing to get into their pants. Gotta eliminate the competition bro. In every group, theres always one or two uglies. If you put in bulk effort with them, the hotties get jealous cause chicks want what they cant have. yeah man with all that crap last year I coulda bought AP clutch, brembo's, nizpro kit (or whatever other one takes your fancy) and some FR's but I ticked a few things off my "must do before I die list"! Dont get me wrong, I'd love to have a BF / FG phoon with lots of power / mods / bling but I simply cant afford to and learnt with the subi that you never stop wanting more power and more power = more time the car spends off the road costing you more money. Too much effort these days. I eventually learnt my lesson when I was clocked doing 108kms over the speed limit and dishing out major choppage to an R33! Lucky it was just before hoon laws came in or else I would have had the car crushed lolboo farken yeah !!!! true as fook !!!if you live with hotties, try and get in there the 1st week or two when she doesnt think it will make sh*t awkward to be choppin her roomie.. YAY!I wont go into detail but it just goes to show ya that what the police say in the statement of material facts is not gospel...The statement of material facts that I recieved with my summons was completely different to what actually happened. It really makes me wonder though... How many people that dont have the money or resources to go and pay for a good lawyer would just admit to a charge and wear a fine (and effectiveluy cost less than paying a good lawyer to fight a wrongful charge) even though the statements of the police may include things that didnt happen or have been distorted to make it look worse than it actually was... Mat - Ill have a look and see if I can dig up a phone for ya!stick it to the man !!!!!!!! how much cheese it end up costing you and how much did you get back etc???I reckon if you are found innocent because of a f*ckup from the prosecution, you should get every single cent back plus come kind of small compensation for your time that they have wasted !!! that would encourage more people to stand up and fight instead of just take a dodgy charge on the chin because they are scared of forking out a few grand for a lawyer etc...It would probably also force the cops/judges/prosecution etc to make the whole court experience a more accurate and transparent one instead of the farce it is nowadays... Nice little place, not overly flash but just do awesome food at a great price.Otherwise, the steak at Bluewater Grill or Raffles is really good, alot more expensive though.
