Everytime I've been to an Asian country I've been crook (only bottled water, no ice etc etc etc) and I reckon I'll come back from Bali with the squirts! Had the pleasure of flying back from Vietnam in a similiar situation. Got some funny looks from the people sitting near the toilets!
