Zoomed up on the left lane next to me and stoped at the lights, Noded at me. Lights went green he boosted it which suprised me sorta with the double demerits on.. Happily speeding along (approx 125), driver (mid 30's or so) on his phone with kid happily wandering around the backseat while the passenger (also bloke in mid 30's) just looked at the kid and ignored him. Pointed it out to the passenger and they just sped off. Uterus could catch up!Speeding / talking on the phone is something were all guilty of but not there is never a reason not to wear seatbelts.
