It was just a generic question asking whether or not, Moderators would take any action against a site sponsor if they were not delivering or providing a prompt paid for service to a forum member. Would they take a softer approach to the way a forum sponsor treated a forum member, or do they take a stronger stance on the way a forum member treats a forum sponsor?Personally I have had nothing but excellent service from the sponsors that I've used from here and infact I recommend Xtreme Ford Tuning to anybody that will listen.But after reading the issues that Mat has had, I thought I'd ask an open question. I just assumed, which you should never do I know, that the issues that Mat has faced with said products, and the fact that nothing gets passed you people, perhaps you, or the other mods, may of been upto speed on what has been going on. All mods get a notification the instance the ticket is raised, only the original poster and the mod team can see the ticket, so talk about what you will in there.Sponsors are still bound by the forum rules, however we do not have any power over how they operate their business.
