you sure you havn't got it the worng way around

hot side is usually 1/2 inch smaller the cold side opening on teh cooler

which would make sense if you got one side that's to small and one sid ethats to big

yeah, I think I said it the wrong way but I 110% have a silicon reducer that doesnt fit any bit at all and one which is slight to big for where its supposed to go.. The reducer I can get sent over but the 2nd bit is that thing which is 6 weeks away. I think Revolution Race Gear sells bits and peices like that and its close to work!

Whats the best way to bend aircon line back (farken horrible job). Slowly slowly I guess? And the best way to cut out metal bar? Dremel thing?

Yeah bend it VERY slowly, I got 2 mates to help, we all wore garden gloves (just incase it split?? heh) and it surprisingly bends a lot!

As someone bends the very end bit forward and to the side, someone holds the bottom to give it some relief, and get someone else to help feed it back inside the engine bay.

As for cutting the metal, I used a dremel at first but it was taking waaay too long, so ended up using a 4" grinder with a new cutting wheel (cheap as from Bunnings) and it cut through it with ease. Then we tidied up the cut pieces, and I put primer/paint over the cut sections to try prevent rusting there.
