Then wastegate/flapper mods. That's all retail prices too...Your's still does 3rd gear in front of cops Matt so why would you need more Rapid that is the kit Dean runs, 409rwkw & low 11's so far... Guest Guests Posted 12/03/09 10:10 AM Share Posted 12/03/09 10:10 AM (edited) about 370-410rwkw, there been a couple of high 10's in zf cars. funnily enough the fastest zf cars both run aps phase 3 kits I believemine made 343rwkw with plamaman 800hp intercooler kit, nizpro injectors, walbro pump, smb dump and cat. not as much power but ALOT cheaper Edited 12/03/09 10:10 AM by Ford_esky
Guest Guests Posted 12/03/09 10:14 AM Share Posted 12/03/09 10:14 AM Inlet manifold studs - LOL stock bolts work ayeyou would think so, but you's be wrong. the nizpro plenum doesn't line up with the original bolt holes. you have to tap new studs in the runners and bolt to them. quilty gear

The studs need to be installed due to the shape of the plenum. About the only way around that would be a larger plenum with a removable top ala Plazaman

Not cheap, but the power returns don't seem too bad... Still, there's no doubt that Nizpro is making good money off their gear. I've been told that tuners and the like make a killing and some try to rope you into going further.Yeah that's what I'll be doing esky. Rapid V2 kit, smb cat and dump, siemens injectors, walbro 342... Looking like it'll be between $5-6k including tune. Hoping for around 350rwkw, but we'll see. Guest Guests Posted 12/03/09 10:23 AM Share Posted 12/03/09 10:23 AM I thought simon (nizpro one, not wa simon) said that they tapped new bolts because the plenum was wider and you couldn't use the original studs as you couldn't get to them. so to install it do move the studs or just use shorter ones? isn't the plazmaman one a one peice plenum as well? The top plenum is then held down with nuts. The two end bolts are drilled out and the studs go into the top plenum and the nut screws on from underneath.....make sense?(photo's avaliable on request)
