I picked up a friend that way after the festival and fark me the police had blocked off the fwy goin south, was backed up for a couple K's back onto the street! Made damn sure that after queueing for 15 mins to pay for juice that I got back on the fwy past the blockage.Bad luck with getting impounded too :/ Plenty of blue up there, but sounds like a weak reason.
