It's definitely not a pissing comp between myself and Dean or Monsta Torque and Xtreme. Cars perform differently and tuners tune differently.

I was hoping and so was Simon, that it would of made more power but it didn't. Simon dropped the cat to see if that was blocked but said that it was OK. If it is the exhaust and I get that sorted, with the gear that's on it now, I would be hoping to see alot more than what I've got. But, I also want to make it last and not sh*t itself in 12months time. As far as I know, he never put it on the dyno with the exhaust dropped, to see if that was the problem.

Hopefully over the weekend I can head out and give it a work out on some private roads to see the difference through the low, mid and high ranges.

Hi D, not sure yet. I want at least a 3.5'. Xforce is proberly the most obvious, but I've heard mixed comments about there quality. I was going to find out what a 4'smb is worth. I am also seing what Nick can do for me at Simons.. I dont want something too loud as I'm getting older now, but I dont want to spend 5 grand on one either. Any ideas people?

Update to my earlier post...they swapped the entire crossover for me with a 'spare' while they order the fitting in. Seems back to power now. Car goes in next week for minor rust repair so I'll get em to stick the proper bits back on then. :dontknow:

PS what IS this pipe if it's not the PCV? At idle it sucks in air very slowly, a nice HISS when I took my finger off the end of the pipe (connected to engine) as it sucked in air.

Feels fun again! Damn I need a tune though...empty wallet means no tune and also no cleaning job for you Dean, sorry mate :P
