If you deposit the cash into their account though, they legally have to produce the goods as you have 'accepted their offer' to sell the goods. Misleading & deceptive conduct is a big no no in retail & they will do all they can to avoid being reported by yourself or anyone else that pays for a product they are advertising & can't readily hand over.
