Never even thought of playing games on it as the screen's waaaaaay too small... That's what the Plazma's for Good work Mike :oI'll have my turbo off tomorrow so mite get stuck into the compressor housing with some Autosol just to make life more difficult! They leak apparently with no proper fix If you can, try return the plate & get one of those oil pressure switches with a threaded hole to screw your sender into... Now I think about it, Jeff supplies his own doesn't he??The ones that were being trash talked about were from Ebay iirc so may be different... XF Falcon <put funny sh*t here> Member 3,365 Member For: 18y 1m 8d Gender: Male Location: Perth, NOR Posted 02/10/08 06:19 PM Share Posted 02/10/08 06:19 PM I think if u use the wrong one (BA on a BF or vice versa) then it can leak, but yeah I went for the method that Dean mentioned above with the adapter.For the adapter method its an absolute *beep* of a job to reach it, manual cars may have more room but us auto fellas are in for a bit of fun.any good auto shop should have it, its a VDO brass fitting, part number 230.032 I got mine from Odin Autos.this screws into where the stock pressure sensor is, and has a hole in the side for the aftermarket oil sender.only problem I can see is that there is only a spot for one aftermarket sensor, so this may not be the best option for u.The sandwich plate however shouldnt be too hard to fit, the oil filter is in an easy to get to place so no worries with fitting that up can see it from under the car real easy! or even from the top kinda.In other news, the car is basically ready to fire up, I just need to put on the radiator expansion tank in and top it back up with coolant. But I almost cbf putting it on, as I'm waiting for that PWR one to arrive and I want to just put that straight on.If something else is wrong with this turbo when it gets tuned on Tuesday, I think I'd rather sell the car than have to rip off the turbo for a third time!!
