Be hard to go past the 450D if you want entry level (canon!) DSLR (they are reasonable cheap now) but if you can stretch the budget, of course get a 40D.

40D feels like a proper DSLR (heavier etc) but to the average person, a 450D with decent lens will be more than enough.

Most weekends of mine are a blur lol. Serious you can't rely on to many people these days.

They just take ya money and leave it at that. The amount of money I'v paid on insurance and never claimed a thing. Ripped off! Are you still driving it? Sell it do you know what the damage is on it?

Lol a blur that sounds like me hehheheh

Yah still driving it the cab behind the drivers and tray are one now that's

where its makin sounds all the other panels on that side are damaged

but not the drivers door,if it had hit that I think I would have been hurt.

Damage around the 6-8k I think guess it depends wot else they find.

fark I was about to say the 450D looks like enough camera for me, but I've since been reading some reviews of the 40D, it seems a more serious machine, and it's only 150 beans more! *sigh* so many choices...and I still need new tyres...

Yeaah lucky you wernt hurt. 6 to 8 g's that's crazy.

An still driving it. I would leave it parked up for sure.

The only accident Iv been in I was a passenger in. Lauren was doing burnouts in the wet an she lost control we hit a power pole. Pretty lucky it wasn't the cement bus stop a few meters away. I was pretty mashed up for 2 weeks. Never got in the car with her again lol.
