Yeah I was also thinking from an insurance point of view. If we didn't have permits and ran into a tree, could insurance companies use this against us?!

My mods are listed on my insurance but they didnt ask for permits

Brendan, you will get permits for CAI and FMIC if its done properly. There will be no issue and you can insure them (with certain companies only though. HBF dont like mods for example).

My problem is, if its legal and permittable, you shouldnt need one! Also if the cop wants to yellow you, they will just say it needs to be checked again.

Permits are about $50ish last time I checked and you could have 5 items.

Insurance companies would just use your ecu modifications against you if they were to do anything.

And they will still probably give you a yellow sticker, because your windscreen is dirty and your obstructing your vision or some bulloks like that

20's have arrived. just got them bolted on. looks ace.

might need to go a little bit lower but I ain't that fussed cos at least I'll be able to make it into the driveway at work. used to have to park out on the street.

back guards need to be rolled a bit, but other then that they fit a charm.

275 on the back measure 25mm wider then my old 265's. not quite sure how that works.

I'm off down the raffles and might take some photo's if theres enough light in the carpark.
