Why not sample some good old country hospitality?I ran into Shaun Box the organiser at Joondalup yesterday and we got talking. This will be an annual event (last weekend in October) from now on and they'd love for us to have a group of cars on show. I'm working this year otherwise I'd have a gander but I will certainly have a crack at organising something next year if anyone is interested. Meantime if you'd like to talk to Shaun about this years event then PM me and I'll send you his mobile number.When I explained the kind of RW numbers some (most) of you guys are running he didn't seem to think the track would cope with y'all this year but he'd certainly open the burnout pad for you. Ie in the paper currently most 97-00 WRX's are selling for 14-19K yet at STi in Ozzy Park they are asking up to 24K for em.. Keep in mind they probably trade them in for 12-16K.Of course they are a business and have to make money to pay the billls / wages / overheads but its better if they make their profit of someone elseI know I went to Nuford and got "the BEST" quote for a brand new XR6T and then 2 weeks later I saved 12K at Lane Ford!
