I deal with Titan Ford, and I dont care what others say, but I have always been straight up with them, no hissy fits or bitching. And I have been treated more than fair.. I have had over 60 hrs warranty work and never charged. My ute has been modded since 1500km old. The only time I got a bill was when BPT did my pump gears and stuffed my timing. Fair enough, its a long story but BPT ended up paying anyway.It is up to your service dealer wether or not they tell Ford the whole story.
