I run Ad Block Plus and make it so no ads are allowed and also run NoScript so I manually allow scripts.

I've been using Ublock Origin since Adblock started white listing ads for companies that pay them. I've also found its better at asking whether to allow an ad on a site before loading the page.

interesting, they do provide an option to allow some non intrusive advertising by default. No script has my back but it can get sorta annoying on some sites but after a while it's fine.

Radio will be easy I bet he just hasn't plugged in the antenna cord. Maybe you'll have to extend it a little. The memory sounds weird, could be a problem with the headunit you should see if you can find a manual on Google

Memory would be to do with the trigger/power wiring. I remember I had that on one of my old headunits once. When the original installer put it in he didn't connect up to the power correctly (maybe to do with accessories or something - clearly I'm extremely knowledgeable in this area...) and it would reset anytime I turned the car off. Once it was rewired it was all sweet.

Ahh must have taken the main power feed from a switched power source instead of just using that as the trigger to turn it on. That makes sense. There you go wayno.... need to run a new power feed that isnt switched. Enjoy that one!

There is constant +12v and +12v switched by ignition so it's only getting the +12v that's switched by ignition. half an hour with a multimeter and this problem is usually solved.
