When I had the balance of front wheels earlier in the month, most of the vibrations in steering wheel was gone and vibs on door/centre was minimised (so not sure if theres supposed to be slight roughness which is normal road feel). I pefer chemical anchors as they don't add the extra stress to the concrete they was an expanding bolt does. Used properley they are the way to go IMHO,I use the Sika sleevers and grout.
