CAPA (previous Aus distributor) here used to be able to do it until they got found out doing it off the books for people and not sending SCT their cut or something dodgy like that. I assume there's a spot where you can click 'device info' and it should show version type, married status, etc.If its an old X3....do you just download the latest firmware off the interwebs?
