People were praising the Achilles 123 semi slicks over on Antilag. Never used a semi myself.

I will if I have left a piece of driveline behind me on the start line. :)

Achilles 123s are not true semis. More like semi semis.

I've used RE55's (FG F6 ute, stock, skatey on them), R888's (FD RX7 - gripped well) and Pirelli P Corsa Zeros (slightly less soft, on FG XR8 - stuck like sh*t to a blanket, love them)

Hmm might have to buy a decent set then. Someone's kindly lending me a set of nt05r to try so if they go alright I'll probably get them

See if my tailshaft twists up like a coke can :/

Tune is pretty brutal 14 psi by 2200rpm or something.. if the tyres can hold it hopefully I'll get a good 60' never seen less than 2.1 stock

Ive run 275/40 r17 micky thompsons et's my last 4 outings at the motor plex. Ive always been worried about my tail shaft but it seems to be holding up fine. My best 60 foot was a 1.62 Tyre pressure was about 16psi and boost gauge was showing about 6-7 psi when I launched.

Trust me once you launch on a set of them you will never want to run with street tyres again... Feels amazing! haha.
