All that it has so far is the green power knob looking box out the front, and the cement NBN lid. So excited.We're 99% through the finance stage, just waiting on everyone to get back to work on the 5th and it should be approved a week or so after. There's still that small chance they will reject it but its very slim at this stage.We were always going to build in this area, it was just a matter or whether building in St Leonards or Caversham, or finding a house to buy in Morley/Beechboro/Caversham - Bennett Springs was a tempting area but as you say Marco, no NBN there >.< My current net is 2.8mb/s so I absolutely cannot wait for the next 12 months or so to go by!Work is good, got this week off since Christmas and its relatively quiet but going away in Jan for a few weeks then going to Phillipines in either March or May so that will be a nice little boost to our savings for when we start the ultimate spending spree on new stuff!
