Does it not scare you that if you crash your insurance will not cover you? That's the one thought I had when considering going to the drags....knowing my luck I would do something dumb or have grippy tyres that fling me into the wall LOLBut I'm a bit paranoid sometimes.... at least you put them smelly V8 boys in their place! Anyone seen any good FG's being XT, G6, XR6 (NA) for sale?Chasing something under 100,000k's for around $17,000.There should be 50 billion N/A FG's in that price range mate!Seen ones with just over (like 110,000kms) as cheap as 10KFor 17K you should find a really good one with less than 50,000kms....I think I remember a 'tricked out' G6 with 50ish thousand kms for around 14K (if that's something your dad would want) and by tricked out I mean more cosmetic changes and a nice full exhaust....But yeah plumtree will be your best bet... I know the service is sh*t but seems his work and tunes are good so.. I'll pay for convenience Just gonna bust in injectors cat cheapo f6 cooler I got (see if t makes any difference, probably nothing)And hope for around 400hp.Ptr it's a straight line as long as you can control your car doing a burnout at the start you should be fine or going just a little sideways at the launch in first/second... It's the really high powered cars that crash cos they go sideways at like 200kmh and you gotta be pretty skilled to get it back on line then!!! In a stocky you should be fine. Remember it's way stickier than a normal road Although some stooge drove off the end of the track just before me into the sandpit! Hahaha I was stuck on the line for like 20 mins while they towed him out.. He drove off in shame and left the venue forever I assume

I recon 90% of the XR6s will be ex-rentals. Steer clear of the earlier 5 speed autos. There were some very cheap 2012 EcoBoost XTs and G6s but it looks like all stock has dried up. You might have seen this already, but most likely a rental: http://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/Ford-Falcon-2011/AGC-AD-16629726/?Cr=13&sdmvc=
