hmm maybe they will retire the 2.5 litre from the STI also for something better then since it's two years away... because currently the WRX FA-20 seems faster than the more powerful sti 2.5 due to the newer technology in the engine of the WRX

but then again the price tag would be close to a STI.... and is this allowed within the agreement they made when they collaborated to make the car?

That's a pretty good find Pete. Hmmmm, would be a good second car for me...but I'm not spending money until next year once I know what's happening at work...might look for a BF turbo ute or something at which point. Can throw stuff in the back and tow stuff and care less about where I park etc then. We'll see though.

Haha hardly man. If work falls over I'll be an extremely poor mother farker...and given the way the industry is at the moment I'd probably find it pretty hard getting another job at the moment, not coz I'm shìt at what I do but coz there are literally no geology jobs out there at the moment...pretty scary really!

Turbo ute would be good coz would use less fuel than the GT for everyday driving and would be real practical...but again, wouldn't be till late next year and all depends on work really.

word! sometimes the future scares me (especially since I'm 27 and still don't have a good 'career' path) hahaha

meh....I'll grow up one day...hopefully :P

If you were really concerned about fuel just go a boring N/A.....then you could get a newer model for same $$$ .... but would be more boring lol

side note....wtf is going on in this pic....

I'm 27 too dude haha.

Not really concerned about fuel usage, but would be nice to get more from a daily than I do with the GT. Lucky if I get 400 kms out of a tank around town. Booting it on a country run I got 300. In my FG turbo I could easily get 500kms a tank around town.
